Acting head of the OECD Health Division, Francesca Colombo, gave a presentation, Secondary Prevention in Diabetes: Improving Policy through Measurement, at The European Diabetes Leadership Forum 2014 in Brussels*, addressing the growing burden of chronic diseases such as diabetes, and discussed how to best manage diabetes as a model for sustainable chronic disease management.* See: Facts and figures : The burden of diabetes in the EU
